ScientiMax Learning Programs Inc. provides
Program Awareness and Referral Services to registered post-secondary institutions. We promote your programs through our professional network and refer interested prospective students directly to your admissions team.

We sign a referral agreement with your institution that defines lead handling, confirmation, and commission terms.

ScientiMax and its registered referral partners share information about your programs using only your approved marketing materials.

Interested individuals complete a referral form and consent to their information being shared with your institution.

Your admissions team handles everything else — program information, admission requirements, enrollment, and the student relationship.

ScientiMax invoices your institution per confirmed enrollment under the terms of our agreement.

Your institution retains full control of admissions, program delivery, and all representations about your programs.
ScientiMax acts solely as a marketing and referral partner. We also offer curriculum licensing, custom program development, instructor support, and educational consulting through our Institutional Solutions division.

Referral Partnership

ScientiMax welcomes independent referral partners who want to connect prospective students with our partner institutions'
programs.

As a registered referral partner, you receive
• A unique identifier and personal referral link
• College-approved marketing materials
• A referral fee for each confirmed enrollment, paid under the terms of the referral partner Agreement
• Transparent tracking - every referral is logged and confirmed

What we ask of you
• Use only the approved marketing materials we provide
• Direct interested individuals to our referral page through your unique link - the individual completes the form personally
• Never make promises about employment, income, admission, licensure, or immigration
• Comply with Canadian anti-spam legislation (CASL) in all communications

All referral partners must review and accept the ScientiMax Referral partners Agreement before activation. Referral partners act as independent contractors and are not employees or representatives of ScientiMax or any partner institution.

We review every application and respond within 5 business days. Approved referral partners receive their unique identifier, referral link, and approved marketing package by email.

About ScientiMax's role

ScientiMax Learning Programs Inc. is a private education content and partnership services company based in British Columbia.
ScientiMax is not a private training institution and does not deliver, enroll students into, or certify career-track programs. All institutional programs referenced through our referral services are delivered by the registered institution under its own PTIRU registration. All program information, admissions decisions, and enrollment contracts are the sole responsibility of the institution.
