  • Otherwise be inconsistent with applicable legal requirements.

Each request will be considered individually and in good faith.

A student who disagrees with an accommodation decision, or who believes their request was not handled fairly, may submit a written complaint in accordance with the ScientiMax Complaint Resolution Policy.

Written complaints may be submitted to in**@********ax.ca.

Students who believe their rights under applicable human rights legislation have not been appropriately accommodated may also seek guidance from or file a complaint with the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal.

Students should be aware that external complaint deadlines may apply under the British Columbia Human Rights Code.

7. Online Accessibility

ScientiMax strives to make its website, learning platforms, educational materials, and digital services reasonably accessible.

Because ScientiMax uses third-party technologies, platforms, learning management systems, video hosting services, payment processors, and other external services, certain accessibility features may be dependent on those providers.
